Neighbourhoods/
Trinity Bellwoods
Victorian row houses and semis around one of downtown's best-loved parks, between Queen West and Dundas.
What it's like
The neighbourhood grew up around Trinity Bellwoods Park, once the grounds of Trinity College, whose original gates still stand on Queen Street West. It runs roughly from Bathurst Street west to Dovercourt Road, and is one of the city's liveliest, most walkable areas.
The homes
Mostly Victorian and Edwardian row houses and semi-detached homes on narrow lots, many renovated, with some detached houses and low-rise condos and lofts along Queen Street West and Dundas Street West.
Getting around
The Queen, Dundas and College streetcars cross the neighbourhood, and Bathurst and Ossington stations on Line 2 are to the north. Many residents walk or cycle downtown.
Parks, schools and shops
Trinity Bellwoods Park has sports fields, tennis courts, a dog bowl and a community recreation centre. Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue are known for independent shops, restaurants, cafés and galleries.
Working with me
Your Trinity Bellwoods Realtor
I'm Rebecca Himelfarb, a Broker and Partner at Forest Hill Real Estate, and I've been helping Toronto buyers and sellers for more than 17 years. I closed over 50 deals in the past year. My clients have left me 94 five-star reviews.
Older row houses vary a lot behind the front door: the renovations, the basement, the wiring and whether there's parking. I help buyers check those details before they firm up, and help sellers show what their house has that the one down the street doesn't.
